# Word Specs & Contract Redlining (`docx`)

Create, parse, and redline `.docx` documents including engineering RFCs, PRDs, legal contracts (MSA, DPA, NDA), and formal memos.

## Core Rules
1. **Semantic Styles**: Use native Word heading styles (`Heading 1`, `Heading 2`, `Heading 3`), numbered clause lists, and table styles rather than manual font-size overrides or empty-paragraph spacing.
2. **Contract Redlining Discipline**: When reviewing or redlining agreements, preserve exact section numbering, state the risk of non-standard clauses plainly, and provide drop-in replacement language.
3. **Executive Summary First**: Start every specification or memo with a 5-line Executive Summary (Context, Decision Required, Recommendation, Owner, Timeline).
